Privacy Policy

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed value).

Content you upload: Documentation, FAQs, help articles, and any other content you add as training sources for your agents. This content is stored securely and used exclusively to power your agents' responses.

Usage data: Queries submitted through your embedded chat widget (question text, timestamp, agent ID, confidence score). This data is used to power analytics features like unanswered question tracking.

Billing information: Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited, collected via server logs for security and debugging purposes.

• To generate analytics and unanswered question reports
• To process billing and send subscription-related emails
• To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset)
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
• To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data or training content to third parties.

Each account's data (agents, training sources, widget keys, and query logs) is stored in isolation and is never shared with or accessible to other users.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to notify us immediately at grow@nocubical.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

If you delete an agent or training source, the associated content is permanently removed from our databases within 30 days.

If you close your account, all associated data is deleted within 60 days, except where retention is required by law.

Query logs (chat widget interactions) are retained for 12 months to support analytics features, then automatically purged.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled while using the dashboard.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioural analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) on our platform pages.

The embeddable chat widget you place on your website does not set cookies on your visitors' browsers.

We use the following third-party services to operate Sahay:

• Razorpay: payment processing
• OpenAI / LLM providers: powering AI responses (query text is sent for inference; not used to train external models)
• Cloud hosting provider: server infrastructure

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each integration.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Data portability (export of your training content)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at grow@nocubical.com. We respond within 14 business days.

Sahay is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email.

Continued use of Sahay after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
