Terms of Service

Sahay is a platform that allows users to create AI-powered chat agents trained on custom content, embed them on websites via a JavaScript widget, and access query analytics and a REST API.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at grow@nocubical.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use Sahay to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Create agents designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or access our systems beyond the documented API
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of all training content, data, and intellectual property you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and use it solely to provide the service.

Our platform: Sahay, its codebase, design, and brand assets are the intellectual property of NoCubical Pte. Ltd.. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written consent.

Widget output: AI-generated responses produced by your agents remain associated with your account. We do not claim ownership of agent outputs.

Free trial: The Free plan includes a 1-month free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, the widget is paused until you upgrade.

Pro plan: The Pro plan is billed monthly at $1.00. The Plus plan is billed monthly at a rate based on the number of agents selected. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. You retain Pro or Plus access until the end of your current billing cycle, plus a 7-day grace period.

Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment if you are unsatisfied with the service. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable. Contact grow@nocubical.com to request a refund.

Price changes: We will give 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices, via email to your registered address.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Each account's data is isolated. We do not share your training content or query logs with other users or third parties, except as described in the Privacy Policy.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, data loss, or third-party outages (e.g. LLM provider interruptions).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCubical Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI-generated responses, or non-infringement.

AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing agents to your users.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account from Account Settings. We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms with 7 days' notice (or immediately for severe violations).

Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
